Food TDF Thick & Hearty Beef Stew with carrots, onions, potatoes, and celery! PICS!

The only thing I would change is use about half the amount of flour called for at least for part of the cooking time. I added water to mine so it wouldn't burn while it was simmering but it was still really thick, filling and delicious. The meat was so tender so if you have the time cut up a chuck roast.
 
okay... I have what I'm sure is a dumb question. But really I am horrible in the kitchen. Which cut of beef (is cut the term??) do I use? Roast? :shame:


sorry I didnt get back to you earlier! Any cut is fine! Th beauty of this stew is that the meat slow cooks in the broth and comes out super tender and is flavored by the veggies. Dont worry about the cut of meat, just use whatever you have! :heart::yes:
 
Oh my I have to make this for my husband he loves Beef Stew, oh I'm sorry man-swooning stew :P is it good enough to be called New Purse stew:graucho: or is that pushing it??
