I was thinking of swapping out the band too. Do you mind sharing how much the croc embossed leather strap cost, and which size you have? Do you know if there are other color options as well?

Just swapped in the croc-embossed strap and I love it! The strap was gifted by my SA (though the Cartier site says they start at around $350CAD) but I did also purchase a separate buckle myself, which was ~$125 CAD + taxes. I have the small model.

!! That was so nice of them. I recently purchased a band as a gift for a gold tank LC (black croc embossed) and it did cost $325 for the strap only 
. I’m sure I’ll end up purchasing a black croc style, but am still curious what others are offered. Hopefully it won’t cost that much! Anyway thank you for sharing! I picked mine up yesterday on my bday. Couldn’t get the box to open when I got home so hubby had to destroy the box today. My SA is sending me another box.

I'm also searching for one now. I called the Vancouver, Canada boutique and they don't open any orders now since they're still not receiving any solarbeat since september! I wonder is this true?
I also go back and forth to Palo Alto so I just placed an order there over the phone (with no payment required). Curious to see if anyone from the Bay area here managed to get this watch, and if you do, how long was the wait? Thanks!

Hi, I'm in Vancouver too. I purchased my small Solarbeat March 1st and it arrived March 2nd. I saw that there was another one and wanted to buy it for my sister. I waited two days and it sold. Now the AD is fully out of the size small. But at the time of my search and purchase, no wait time! Good luck.

Tbh I think it’s likely because my husband had purchased a few pieces from the same SA prior to the Solarbeat but that said, I’ve found regardless of purchase history SAs usually gift something like candles, embossed notecards etc with your purchase. The Solarbeat was priced the same as a “regular” tank.
