Does anyone know how to clean a Prada nylon wallet? I have a pink one and trying to clean it. It's not that bad, but wanted to know how I might get rid of the dirt from the edges, etc. Here are pics:

I have a black spot on the front of my red saffiano leather Prada wallet on a chain and trie a leather cleaning solution, but I noticed red coming off. But it didn't leave any color from the wallet. So frustrating and I'm trying to avoid taking it in. I'm assuming the dark black stain is from my finger constantly snapping it shut.
Yesterday I was trying to unsnap the button on the side and one of the snap fell off. I used the bag only handful of times so everything is in pristine condition! I went to the prada store to ask for repair and the sa said anything over one year has to be paid for. The snap is clearly a defect and not any of my fault. But they said they can't do anything about it. And it will cost about 85$ just to repair that.. Is this right?? I didn't know I have to pay for repair like that.. Even longchamp sends in my bag for repairs for free.

I just feel a little ripped off because the saffiano tote is still very new since I seriously only used it like 6x even though I got it a while back. I didn't use that much of it because I kept reading about quality issues so I babied it. More so than my chanel and bbags. But no matter how I babied it, the quality really wasn't there. I thought with all of the complaints they will fix this for free. Didn't know they will charge ppl for bad quality stuff

I was terrified when I saw these scratches on my Prada bag
