does anybody know how to protect the shape of saffiano leather?
as u can see from the pic, my argilla (BN1802) is SOOOO out of shape, while my new Bordeaux (BN1786) still has its shape.
i've tried stuffing tissue paper immediately after usage and even tried clipping the sides of the bag with a clothes peg but it doesn't work ):

From observation, the larger the saffiano tote the harder it is for them to hold shape since the structure comes from the seams if that makes sense.

Anyone ever had a problem with the zips slanting due to weight? I stupidly put my macbook in my prada saffiano lux tote and gradually the zip position has been kind of dragged down so the zip does not sit on top of the bag but more the side?? Has this ever happened to anyone else? The bag was bought from Prada in January so it's not that it's even that old. I use it 4x a week.

I was wondering if you could help me with my Prada bag that I bought in 2012. First of all it has lost its shape, especially on the sides even though I rarely use it and I always keep it stuffed with my winter jumpers. Secondly, there is this scratch or maybe it’s a stain (?) on one of the corners. Hard to tell. Any idea on how to save it ?

You can try to use a micro fiber cloth to wipe it or try using a soft eraser. I have tried that and it works for mine. Hope it helps.

Can you post a picture of the zipper slant? I put my 13" MacBook Air in my Executive Tote regularly and haven't noticed a slant.

Hi I have mine for almost two years and this did not happen at all. I am using it regularly with my Mac and IPad. Hope this helps.

I had a stain on my Prada bag and recently heard about Rago Brothers Shoe and Leather Repair in New Jersey. I sent my bag there and they said they can fix it and send it back in a week. I'll let you know how it turns out.

How did your Prada bag turn out after sending it to Rago Brothers? I am curious because I am thinking of sending a couple of mine there.

My fiancé bought me a blue prada woc from saks for Christmas, I've been using it some but take really good care of it, and today I notice the thread is coming out in the middle of the credit card slots, it's coming apart. I called saks they said they don't return after 30 days. Is there any thing if can do? I'm so disappointed.

Please only post a thread once, duplicated aren't allowed - I merged them for you with the more descriptive title.

Bring it back to Saks and tell them you want them to fix it. Even though they don't take returns after 30 days, they should do repairs up to year. You probably need to talk to a manager.

Unfortunately the color wasn't a great match. But I had paint stain about the size of a quarter and it dried so I think they did the best they could. Depends on what you need done. Unfortunately $85 was not a smart way for me to spend on a purse that I was trying to have refurbish to sell. Since it wasn't a great color match I decided not to sell it and so it sits in the closet. You may want to send one of the Ragos an email as they are very quick to reply and have had a lot of success refurbishing other's handbags and shoes.

I have been searching a lot online and can't seem to find an answer, so maybe someone on here can help?

I have a Prada Canapa, which is a canvas tote. The color is Azzurro - a kind of a medium blue - and it has the logo in white lettering.

The handles, most of the edges and parts of the overall bag are looking kind of grubby, and I am trying to figure out a way to clean it without damaging the logo or the canvas itself, or causing the color to bleed.

It does seem very durable, and it has a bit of a weathered/distressed appearance to it by design, and it looks almost like you could just give it a good soaking in Woolite, but for what they cost, I'm afraid of doing something that will cause an obvious issue.
