For me, this rando's anonymous Twitter "research" is only summaries and opinion without links to actual reporting. Journalism it is not.
Regardless: Bad vetting by BRF staff is surely the point here, right? King Charles might need to look into this as well.
Yah, that rando Twitter account is also misogynistic and overly nasty. I’ll wait for something official to come out; with all this scrutiny if there’s something to be found, we’ll hear about it.
A lot of what he writes also really just doesn’t make sense, for example, saying that they already owned sewing machines so they shouldn’t be raising money for their sewing programs. I mean… that’s silly.
Or this
“This time, Sistah Space submitted a grant application stating that the funds were to be used to purchase x4 laptops, x4 mobile phones, and x1 administrative assistant (clearly a reference to a salary). The grant application also stated that this would allow the charity to operate a 24 hour service.
I also cannot help but notice from multimedia that very often members of the charity are plodding around with macbooks. For the avoidance of any doubt, to any person that may be unfamiliar with the Apple brand, it is a product that leans on the higher end scale in terms of price to value. For data entry and administrative tasks I wouldn't expect to see macbooks for a charity that supposedly struggles so much it submits an endless stream of applications for grants.”
He’d be shocked to see that lots and lots of nonprofits ask for donations yet still use Apple products

(Not to mention they could be old, refurbished, personal laptops, etc.)
