Ok I was told they couldn’t intercept the packages which were already sent out and that when they arrive, not to sign for it. I guess he didn’t realize we don’t sign for anything with the pandemic. So I guess I am stuck with receiving 5 bags and won’t get reimbursed until they receive them back. He did note in the records that I called twice regarding this matter. He was however able to cancel the other 2 bags that said Pending Order Validation. Oh well.

I ordered the toiletry 26 in bleu on tuesday and it is still in preparation 
I called LV and they first told me that the order would go out on thursday night to arrive on monday or tuesday, but today they told me to call back on monday again, I’m not very impressed with the online CS at the moment...

I know it could be tricky but I wonder if your credit card company could intervene and put a hold on those charges while you’re waiting for it to be resolved. I don’t know if that would mess up your history at Louis Vuitton but it might save you from a really large bill before the credits actually rolled in So sorry that happened you are so kind and you sure didn’t deserve that mess! It’s good to see you back anyway!

Stayed away for 4 months. Did good on ban island awaiting the summer release. I tried getting the NF to no advantage. Wanted the TP26s. Got them and Happy about that. But I wanted! The NF. WHY??? Have no clue lol. but days later got 5 of the NFs. Now how on Earth was that possible???? Yes 12 grand later they are coming.

Yes it’s a big pain. Apparently 4 were shipped. They couldn’t intercept. But as I mentioned I got charged for 5; another one will probably ship. Just awaiting their arrival lol. However I don’t want to open them up. But LV CS states I have to so I can put on the return label.
I will be wearing gloves and putting sanitizer wipes on the outside box; only because my daughter was diagnosed with COVID19.

Lol UPS permits you to refuse packages or you can open each one and pick the best one considering the known quality issues with LV. I can’t wait to see your reveal. You should take a pic of the quintuplets Escale Neverfulls.
