Hey Bake! How is the quality of the J crew x Saint James top? I haven't been in here in a while. I am so glad to see you still updating your thread!

Hi!

The quality is pretty good, in my opinion! It's on par with the Saint James I got in London. The style is different with the stripes going differently on the sleeves.

Don't do what I did and pay full price for the J crew one though! My mistake, and I should've known better. The lowest I saw it go for was $35, and that's a fantastic price for this shirt.

I've washed it too and the colors are still bright.


I'm trying to update as frequently as Mimmy does! It keeps me from getting into a style rut! Haha. Come by more often! I love a good chat! [emoji4]

I'll be in here more frequently now! Over the summer & fall I got motivation to get myself back in shape & lose some weight! I'm looking for some style inspiration. I always enjoy seeing how you put together your outfits! I had to clear out a lot of my clothes. Good thing, bad thing!

Great job in losing weight! That is my goal for 2017. I need to lose weight and drop a size or two.

If I do, then I will build a new wardrobe! Haha.

Until then, I'm buying very minimal amounts of things. So there's going to be lots of mixing and matching (hopefully matching) and repeats haha.

So I guess my upcoming ban just loomed over me right after Christmas so I've gone mad.



This doesn't include potential additions from Zara. I placed my order right midnight Boxing Day, but it's not arriving till next week. If none work out, I'm returning them all and will wait until end of my ban to add anything else.

That concludes my after Christmas buys, and my ban is now in full effect until April 1.

I've been sick. So I've been wearing old outfits.

Then it rained!



So I got to take out a Burberry trench coat (has a hood!)
And these oxfords from the rack. Very comfy, kept me dry. I should get these waterproofed.

I've been wearing my blue one for almost a year and it washes well too! I like it. I need to not buy more stripes though. Lol
