Thanks but customer demographics would not be included in this type of report. And as posted, TIA has nothing to do with wanting you to have a mini-stroke.

They sometimes are, and from that page you could find some analyst reports who will go a little more in depth but not to the degree consultants reports do.

The accented E in Hermes makes ya feel fancy, don't it ;)

Also the mini stroke was a joke, though I did not know what TIA stood for..

Since the Purse Forum consists of some intelligent, well educated women with busy professional lives, I ask you this: How would you react if someone who worked for you acted the way the SA did? This is worse than incompetence -- it is indifference to the outcome.

sometimes you have to look at the other side of the pond.

borrowed and has my approval from foo's self documented behaviour, i know this j... is proud of it, otherwise he wouldn't act on the forum like he does.

Reading his description of the fateful event fully, I know exactly what happened, as I have been in similar situations with short people with napoleon complexes seeking to purchase luxury goods they can't really afford. Note that not once did he mention saying "please" or "thank you" to the store staff in his supposedly unabridged and unedited description of the event. His responses are short, curt, and demanding; he keeps insisting they have what he wants, even when it is pretty clear they don't. Normal people would of course leave and look for the item somewhere else. Irrational people keep demanding ever more finicky and fussy requirements and sales staff quickly realize the person they are dealing with is crazy, not likely to buy anything, and ultimately not worth their time. It confirms what I always suspected about him: he is a primadonna but without the charm and talent to 'pull it off' (to use an iGent phrase).

:ty: for this.

I have to ask this. Where you actually there? If so, what EXACTLY happened? If you were not, you certainly make a few assumptions about a person who may be short and his behaviour because of this.

Do you actually know Foo? Have you access to his financial affairs?

I challenge you to find someone who, when confused and not getting the answers they require, would end sentences with "please" or "thank you".

I would urge you to consider what we are talking about. A person wants to purchase something that they believe they can have. If the conversation is to be used a true and accurate account of what transpired (unless you were there), the SA should have CLEARLY stated what was possible. Do you actually believe this is what happened?

On another point, what has the way he dresses got to do with the service he receives. I feel that this type of "value" judgement is what accounts for the growing number of homeless and ecconomically poor people in so called "First World" countries. Some people make judgements based upon ignorance and not actual research.

Whilst I don't necessarily care for some of the things people wear, I fail to see any validity in your commentary, save for a generic observation of your own value system.

Sorry, but I absolutely deplore this type of thing.

you did the same, so what?

me wrote: foo's self documented behaviour, i know this j... is proud of it, otherwise he wouldn't act on the forum like he does... ...and he's not the polite kind of guy.

you cannot deny this, can you?

there's a reason behind the foo is the foo.

I have no intention of continuing this debate any further other than this last statement. If you actually read what I wrote, you will note that I clearly qualified my opinion and assertions.

Now if you read yours, tell me what is fact from opinion?

You're entitled to your opinion, but please say it for what it is, your opinion, not any fact based evidential commentary.
