Hi I just emailed the buyer I asked her where she purchased the bag she said Neiman Marcus. Maybe she ordered it or maybe she went there on vacation or maybe Neiman Marcus sent it to another Neiman Marcus???? Either way it looks like it is the same bag. She says the bag still has the tags on it.

The OP lives in New Jersey and that seller is in FL so there's no relation to the bag. Not really sure what you meant by "somebody screwed up with NM."

I mean it seems somebody, I guess one person or a group of people, wanted to steal the real strap from NM's bags intentionally. The OP's bag was the Part Time. The ebay seller's one is the City. So, I thought the same person or the same group of people did it.

Oh so it's not the same bag one is a parttime one is a city.... I cannot believe whom ever it is that is messing with the straps seem to be getting away with it

I know this is super bad, but I wonder if someone bought the parttime so they could have a longer strap on their city and then returned the bag with a non-Bal sewn on strap?

Whatever happened, something is wrong! Glad you got a brand new bag you are happy with OP!
