Strap falling off of Alma BB...?! Help!

Hi everyone! I recently did a reveal on the alma BB I got in Vegas around Christmas time and after using the bag three times, I realized that the strap keeps coming undone by itself when I use it on my shoulder. I'm not sure why this is happening but it's always the back strap (behind my shoulder) that comes undone.

Is this normal?! Or should I ask for a replacement strap?

I have two alma bb's and I've never had this happen. How would it come off without depressing the clasp?

Is the clasp mechanism broken? Have you tried turning the clasp around so that the opening mechanism faces the other way to see if that helps?

I've never had this happen either. Have you changed the strap around so the back clasp is now in the front to see if it happens again and maybe how?

I've had this happen with the Girolata. It would become disconnected almost every time I'd pick it up by the strap. I couldn't detect any sort of defect with the strap, but it annoyed me so much that I ended up selling it.

Turn the clasp the other way, and if this then still comes off then take it back to LV and have them order you another strap. Don't worry over it, it will be OK. Keep us posted.

I ended up stopping by the 5th ave boutique in NYC and they are ordering me a new strap but in the meantime, I'll try to reverse the strap...thanks for all of your suggestions! [emoji8]

This happened to me, but with my Sevigne Clutch. Somehow the clasp worked its way open and my bag would go crashing to the floor.

Same thing happens to me with the Vivienne … so annoying..esp when it falls to the ground
