Guys so I have picked up my bag. I’m am super happy-ish... Am I allowed to post a pic here? It’s just it’s my first Lv and I dunno if I’m seeing things or what...but I have read too much about the alignment of the monogram to be straight and all that stuff that sets it apart from fakes... but my bags alignment on one side isn’t straight where the zipper is.. and lol I know I have bought it from the website and collected in store but lol why does it look bent me? Is that normal? I’ll send pics once I know I can...
Did you mention to them in store you weren’t happy with it? Am sure it’s fine to show pictures, you’ll be excited it’s your first purchase
I’m more concerned with how rare it is to get one now... and just the thought of having to return it and then try buying again online is sickening...
Post a picture and let others give advice maybe it’ll put you a peace of mind and you’ll enjoy it
The first top left flower in comparison to the last top right flower... the middle ones are that bad... and again the bottom line of the flowers seems like it’s slanted...

I had to do that with my Pochette Metis and I’m now sitting in limbo waiting for my second bag to ship. It was supposed to be delivered to my local store yesterday. Customer service said they “sent a status update request” to UPS. I continue to not hold my breath.
What happened to this brand?
Also, I agree that your alignment is a little funny, but it is not so egregiously misaligned that I would return the bag and risk it twice. Keep it and enjoy. Eventually you won’t even notice anymore.

I know it’s not a big big issue but I really thought I’d look at it and think how perfect is this.. but I hate that I don’t think that..you know you save and save and then you go nearly crazy trying to get one coz it’s sooo hard to get... I will keep it... coz even if I manage to get another one... which is nearly impossible... it maybe worse so is it really worth the trouble? The other sides perfect

If you are second guessing it when you look at it then return it. It needs to be perfect to your liking to spend money on things like these
maybe hold on to this one and try to find another. Call cs and contact client advisors to help you locate if possible. Then you can compare and decide. I’m sure you’ll find another one that hopefully you will like more
I agree. I'd put an order in through a SA for a TP 15 and just got mine in the mail yesterday. I was also able to order a TP 19 online around 9:30pm PST in the US.
