Order can get cancelled within seconds or within hours. It depends on the situation. Below are the reasons noted by fellow tpf members:
1) someone may have checked out before you and item went out of stock
2) you’ve reached purchase limit (see #13 under terms of purchase - online orders) on LV website

Best is to call 1866 number to understand why your order was cancelled.

I believe once status updates to “Order in Preparation”, your order should get shipped.

Because of this thread, I started stalking the monogram Pochette Metis about ten minutes ago and managed to submit my order a minute ago. I followed the tips (add to wishlist, staying logged in, updating all information, etc.) and it was almost like magic that the bag came back in stock three times before I got it to ATB and checkout. That was some luck. Thanks, tPFers! Hopefully this order gets shipped.

I have issue with the one I got...minor misalignment of the print which I'm willing to overlook but I just found nicks/peelings of the canvas around the corner. I managed to order a 2nd one and is on its way so I'm hopeful that it'll be better. Hope yours arrive in perfect condition!

Once you're able to get the item in your cart, checkout with Paypal. It's way faster and smoother (assuming you have your shipping address and cc's setup on Paypal already). I'm not sure how people are staying logged in on the site.... the website always logs me out so having my cc on file doesn't really help.

Lol I agree. I was also discussing other things but apparently some people are getting annoyed. I get it. But this can be a secondary source for stalking. Just a lvoer trying to help others I guess...

Agreed. I never stay logged in but once I do my PayPal account is linked and ready to go

As I was reading through this thread last eve I noticed it was 8:15 EST so for giggles I went on LV and low and behold PM reverse add to bag! I am in trouble with this new found knowledge...........
