8 transactions (counting more than leather goods ans slg's), not 8 items.

Also, customers cannot, within 4 consecutive weeks, (i) buy more than 6 leather goods (including small leather goods) products, or (ii) buy in more than 3 different Louis Vuitton stores (physical or online) in the worldwide network, or (iii) conduct more than 8 transactions of all kind of products. In any case, the total number of purchased leather goods (including small leather goods) will not exceed 12 products within 12 consecutive months.

Did they offer you an exchange or are you having to basically refund and repurchase with your own stalking skills? I just feel as though if the item is still in production, they should be able to reserve one aside to replace a fault one that you purchased, due to their lack of quality control

I always get the standard reply, no matter the faults: "Return it if not satisfied." So yeah, probably back to stalking again.

They said I could do an exchange or place a new order. I wanted to compare both wallets so when the stock came in I placed another order which will be delivered next week.

I can then return the one I don’t want with no issues. CS asked me to send an email with pics so they had documented evidence. They also have kept notes on my order in case of ordering issues in the future.

I'm a bit afraid to order something right now. I have made 11 purchases since november 2019, but I haven't bought every month. So it's not consecutive, but still it would be my 12th purchase.

Only when the reversed Card Holder will show up, I'm in.

Still it's feels a bit unfair to me. I only buy pieces for me or for my husband. I never resell them.

I'm sort of in a weird place too I've bought 11 items in consecutive months but more than 4 weeks apart in some cases. Now a bit afraid to place another order as it will be my 12th item. Also not sure if that leaves me no room to buy for the rest of the year.

You can still buy the blue but you'll be looking to part with between £1000-£1200 from resellers (all in the US) on eBay, Poshmark and Tradesy.

I also want the Khaki and Pink and I saw two recently on eBay Europe, but the sellers wanted £600. Clearly not overpriced for some people as they both sold in a day. I think the Khaki/pink will be easier to find, but the blue which was more limited, will be harder at a reasonable price.

CS says there will be new strap colours in the fall. I'm excited to see what they are!

I was too late then. I hope they make another bleu color in the fall as i’m not willing to pay the high reseller price :not a hardcoreLV: I wanted this strap for my mono Sophia Coppola bag that i frequently use for travel. I can wait ;-)
