Be careful with the whole "max 8 transactions a year" rule too! That's what got me, due to me returning faulty items and re-purchasing them.

Wait, that's in a 4 week period as well. Then I still don't understand why they cancelled me PA from before :S

I’ve just returned a faulty item and spoken to CS. All documented with pics as per their instructions and they said no problem about a ban because you’ve told us the issues before simply returning and buying again. Let’s see!

It is 12 per year, not 8.

I am stalking these two so bad. No luck. So,I just called SA to help me out but what she said just break my heart! They are discontinued, limited edition items

I’ve asked about this before as well but apparently they haven’t actually stopped production, so they just don’t have an idea when and if they will be more or when and if it will be taken off the site.

I have also called about other items that I was told were seasonal/discontinued but then they popped up on the website. So don’t lose hope!

12 consecutive months, at least that's what their T&Cs say. 12 items it's such a small quantity for 12 months period...

Speak to CS. Tell them the issue and see what they say or you could end up on ban Island with buying and returning same items. That’s what I’ve done and seems to be no issues.

I wrote back to CS about it wanting to know EXACTLY what limitation that was reached according to them. Let's see if they answer. It CAN be the max 12 items a year, but only if they count items that I was in contact with CS with pictures etc, before returning. Would be good to know how they count!

Yeah, 12 items in 12 months. I first thought it was max 8 transactions a year too (so that was what screwed me with my order of PA mono before the price increase!). Making it impossible to get 12 items a year XD But the max 8 transactions is in 4 weeks!
