Do you guys know if there’s any thread for Malaysia/Singapore? I’ve been stalking Nano Speedy for the past 2 months but they don’t seem to restock this item as often as they do in Europe and the US

You're allowed two of one item though. Well according to their T&C's.

I've just ordered another Victorine Wallet because I wasn't happen with the one I purchased previously. I was told to write to CS with pictures of the 'faulty' item and they made notes on my order so I don't have any future problems/ban!

The thing that CS told me was that "The identical items" are just all items that have remotely some alikeness. So with FancyLis example she bought a multi pochette accessoires, a mini pochette and a pochette. That's already 3 of the "same item". I bought two mini pochettes and one pochette and one "pochette cosmetic". That's 4 of the "same item". I think a lot of people don't get banned from this, but perhaps we were the unlucky one that didn't get through.

My response from CS when I called them Tuesday match the items FancyLi has stated she bought unfortunately

Update: According to CS all the pochettes are the same. So the multi pochette, mini pochette and pochette accessoires are one of same item. And since you can't purchase more than 2 of the same item, then I couldn't purchase more. So... Gotta make a new account in my moms name and get it sent to her address I guess

Yeah exactly, just sad that I can't even spend my money on an item I like and may have to buy them more expensive on the reseller market.
I bought a psm mini, mpa, mini pa & pa nm so I kinda get that the items are alike, but clearly not the same. I think there was a similar case to mine here some days ago as well (Edit: I think vodense had the same problem)

I wanted to buy a cosmetic pouch & key pouch today - kinda off topic (sorry), but does anybody have a recommendation from another brand for these items?

It was available a lot last week, now probably won't be available again for a little while.. All items go through 'ebbs and flows' available and then won't be for a while until they restock

Yes, but it relates to htf items that have been ordered and then cancelled, so I can kinda understand why it's been posted here instead!

Keep checking as its been around a lot but usually early morning. Try this evening too around 4.30 (GMT).
