Oh I'm glad! The faults were obvious, like things sticking out in the sides of the handle (getting caught in what you wear), the lock not working (having a hard time opening it), one of the clasps on the shoulder strap was kinda broke, and the one I almost kept had lots of "air bubbles" in the flap, which annoyed me to hell. Like, the canvas was separated 2 cm at the front of the bag and it was visible. Not only bubbles where the handle is attached.

I think you have to lodge there's an issue with the item CS first rather than just buy another and return the one you're not happy with.

This way CS can see if there's a recurring problem with a particular item and so you don't get yourself blacklisted. That's what I've just done with photo evidence and written explanation with my wallet all of which has been noted on my order to avoid any future purchasing limits.

That's what it did :/ I explained the issues and sent images. They told me to return it if I wasn't happy with it.

I've just ordered another Victorine Wallet because I wasn't happen with the one I purchased previously. I was told to write to CS with pictures of the 'faulty' item and they made notes on my order so I don't have any future problems/ban!

I told them the 6 items rule but they didn’t help at all. Hopefully CS per mail will act better
