That's how I felt when I was going through all the faulty MP in mono they sent me. And then that I wasn't allowed a new version. So glad I didn't settle and returned the ones I though was faulty. I later managed to order one on my mom and the one I received was perfect!

Yeah exactly, just sad that I can't even spend my money on an item I like and may have to buy them more expensive on the reseller market.
I bought a psm mini, mpa, mini pa & pa nm so I kinda get that the items are alike, but clearly not the same. I think there was a similar case to mine here some days ago as well (Edit: I think vodense had the same problem)

I wanted to buy a cosmetic pouch & key pouch today - kinda off topic (sorry), but does anybody have a recommendation from another brand for these items?

So sorry to hear that, but why didn't they gave you a new version? That sounds like bad customer service to me

There must be some grumpy person just sitting and randomly selecting whom to ban. It just doesn't make any sense otherwise :blah: But yes, sounds like the same thing happened.

Someone always buys their items, no matter the flaws, I guess. When I talked to them about the faults they told me to return and order again. But then I got cancelled. Only allowed to return an item one time, apparently. Even though I got two faulty items in a row :(

THIS is why stalking is so dangerous:lol:!! I regret not getting the nano speedy now, but it would have looked like a necklace on me:giggle:.. and yes if I was going to get the metis I would definitely get the reverse its gorgeous but I just don't know what it is about the bag that doesn't pull me over any more, gorgeous on other people though! :yes:

This is not right. Between the 05/05 - 08/05 I ordered 5 items. Doubles too - in different prints as I want to see both before I decide which to keep. I’m pretty sure the quota advertised is 6 items in a month so not sure why you’ve been banned? Definitely question this. I’ve attached a photo as proof

What were the faults you found? I just received mine and it looks good but not sure what I should look out for??

WOW!!!! :confused1:

You're allowed two of one item though. Well according to their T&C's.

I've just ordered another Victorine Wallet because I wasn't happen with the one I purchased previously. I was told to write to CS with pictures of the 'faulty' item and they made notes on my order so I don't have any future problems/ban!
