I received my PA in mono and this is the quality... what should I do?

I didn't notice anything for a solid minute. Is the bag distorted or does it look crooked? I would probably keep it if that's the only flaw.

At 4.33 hr I ordered the Mini Pochette DE. And at 8.29 hr I received an email that my order has been cancelled.
And now the prices are increased.

Same l Was up all night order mini poshette DA at around 4:25 and received email with my order cancellation

I did not notice it until today. One side of the bag is longer then the other side. If you look at the zipper pull towards the tab, then you should be able to see it.

I am feeling also that I should settle for it. It is just quite frustrating knowing that stalked for months for that bag and the sides of the bag are just not equally long

One can see the difference, the difference is roughly 0,5 cm. But on the other hand I dont want to stalk the bag again, that was too time consuming

Despite the price increase, you never know what kind of quality you will get. My bag is one side longer then the other side.

it happened the same with the price in EU and USA, they differentiate the price for pa mono and azur. maybe because mono print is more versatile? idk..

Sorry that you were given a misaligned bag, honestly it's like they are making these bags with a blindfold on!!
I suggest you contact client service for an exchange. I received a keypouch yesterday that I'm not happy with and I called up client service who are able to put a new order in for me to reserve the item if its available to buy online (without paying anything more) and once my current key pouch has reached their warehouse they will ship out the reserved one to me.
That way you don't pay for another bag, let alone a price increase ontop.
Only problem with doing this is that you have to make sure the product is available online for them to do the order for you and ring them up... so depending on how popular the item is you may never get round to even calling them, but just call them anyway and see what they can do.
Also she told me this whole process will take probably 2 weeks and if you're not happy with the new exchanged bag, you can't exchange again and it must be returned for a refund.

Honestly so upsetting hun. Do you think you will still keep it? I know its tricky as it's such a difficult item to get!! I bought the Sarah wallet in January and although it's not been used and has left in the dust bag the button has completely tarnished underneath (literally a brown/ green colour). Honestly, the quality we are getting for the money being spent is quite horrendous!

I ran upstairs to check mine.. my edges are more or less even, maybe 2mm off here and there. But my D ring tab is off-centered and the zipper doesn't close all the way leaving a bit of a gaping hole. Canvas has a bit of a ripple too. All the above combined would have been enough for some to exchange it, I guess. I'm ok with it though. Go by how you feel yourself, hun, if it's gonna bug you for the rest of days, return, absolutely!
