I saw it over the weekend online. So it is trickling in. Also saw the nf and MPA a couple of times too.has anyone seen the speedy in the mist color anywhere? of course, last to the party here
Who else is getting the hair Scrunchy?? I want both, but can only get one. (A scrunchy is a daily use item for me; thats why I should really get both!!) I've got the blue one coming to meView attachment 5053024
I posted a picture of me wearing the lighter color one in the By the Pool thread. I wanted the blue but it was sold out online. I love how tight it is, if that makes sense? Feels like it won't stretch out really bad right away like other scrunchies do.

I saw it yesterday in the King of Prussia store in KOP. It was very pretty but I picked the Multi Pochette Accessories in mist over it.

Just look at those pouches, i always knew reverse canvas slgs would look so glam. At least according to me, lol.
Forgot to ask - are you putting apple guard on the vachetta and/or any protective spray on the canvas?
I want to use it for travel carry on/weekend trips but of course I'm hesitant because of the light colored canvas.
Were you able to exchange and get a new one? If so, any issues?
Well that’s just crappy! I wonder if we’ve been shopping at the same store.@LVFloridagirl so I just tried to purchase something in store but turns out my account is now flagged from my online purchases! My CA said if I can still buy it on line then I should go ahead and do that instead. What a bummer, they had everything I wanted in store too. Now I have the stalk the website and I may or may not get a cancellation email, sigh.
Does anyone know if I call CS would they be able to do anything?
I called CS today and the lady was super nice! She saw my order and understood why I chose both colors to compare in person. She was happy I found one I loved and said it was absolutely no problem to return the other 2 bags and wallet via mail. She even offered to help me find the Victorine in mist when it releases again. She assured me my account would not be flagged as a result of the return, which was a relief. I’m sending them back tomorrow as I’d rather not deal with the store (they have a good way of making you feel bad). If I get banished again, so be it. My wallet will probably thank me!

I had originally contacted customer service online to see if it could be ordered. While I was waiting for their response, I also reached out to a highly recommended CA. I ended up ordering one through the CA today with full deposit.has anyone seen the speedy in the mist color anywhere? of course, last to the party here
I heard back from customer service and they also offered to order it for me. So I would definitely try customer service.

Thanks for the detailed response! I had no idea. Well my mind set is prepared for some minor BTP flaws, I guess that’s better than expecting a flawless bag right?
Here’s hoping you do get a flawless bag!! For what we pay, it’s what we should expect, but failing that I’ll take minor flaws any day.
I don’t really use any kind of protectant on the canvas or the vachetta because I’m so terrified I’ll destroy it somehow lolol. I also tend to use items from special collections like this pretty lightly because if in doubt, I’d rather put more wear on something I can replace more easily in case of mishaps. I’m planning to use mine mostly for car trips to my family’s home so I have more control over what various hazards it might be exposed to—and if it gets a few dings along the way, I guess that’s just part of its story. However, I do prefer to be the one putting dings on it rather than having it come with a few already … haven’t heard a peep out of my CA so I’m going to follow up again tomorrow.

I’m so glad you were able to make your order and I’m willing to bet they do go through! I don’t know exactly how long I was banned. Honestly, I was so shocked and embarrassed when I went in and they refused to even allow me to see a bag that I stayed away from that store all together for about a year. (Keep in mind, I was by no means a habitual purchase/returner of anything. And I’ve never returned due to flaws, etc.) Funny thing is that whenever I had the opportunity to travel and visit a different store, I inquired if they saw any “flags” on my account and was always told no.
