Scarves Spring/summer 2021 scarves

Morning All - I have been long absent from here for a variety of reasons (taking care of my mom before she passed away, an illness of my own, work, life, etc) and had not been doing much H scarf shopping. I have many beautiful scarves from the past but tend to wear my cashmere shawls most of the time and not so much the 90's. But I'd pick up a new scarf here and there at a boutique or online.

But the bug bit me again. I fell last week right by our house taking a walk and fractured my right foot in 3 places and am in.a tall boot miserable and uncomfortable but luckily per the ortho will not need surgery. My DH thought i needed something to cheer me up and looked on the H website and send me a link to the La Marche du Zambeze scarf to see if I wanted him to by it for me, He thought it was a beautiful pattern and and liked the collaboration with the Ardmore Collection in Africa.

So I went online and went a little crazy and ordered the La Marche du Zambeze but snuck back on and ordered 3 more scarves. They all should be arriving next week. I saw the La Marche du Zambeze in the wash today and may exchange the one I ordered for that one. I will need to see how they look when they arrive to decide if I will keep them all.

It's been great trying to look through all the posts. Hard to keep up with them all but nice to be back here. Sorry if too much info! (TMI). Have a good weekend!

Will do. I just ordered the twill but am thinking about the wash. I have.a store credit for a scarf but it doesn't appear you can use those online and my local boutique does not have many of the new scarves in yet. I am tempted by the wash version.

Thank you! I just clicked on my profile photo and saw that I had not been on the site since 2011! Wow life has certainly been challenging the past 10 years but sometimes it's the little things that can bring joy into your life!

I ordered the wash and will post photos of both. Someone posted the twill a few pages back. It's stunning.

So lovely! I’ve been eyeing these. How bright do you find the plumetis?

The twilly feels very “winter” to me with some jewel tones here and there but the pink and orange neon dots really brighten up the entire look of the scarf. I still wouldn’t wear it in spring or summer though. I returned the 90cm version in the same color in the past but am keeping the twilly because the neon dots add that little something that was missing in the 90 format.
