Little preview of the men's scarf Mr Farrier on the French H site as well as a blurb, and confirmation of the artist:

"Cascade De Couleurs. Kin Fan Lo a imaginé le dessin Mr Farrier, un assemblage de couleurs plein d’énergie. Sur la soie d’un carré ou en patch sur une écharpe, un robot maréchal-ferrant surgit de la forme d’un fer à cheval, aux côtés d’outils emblématiques de l’artisan."

Roughly translated, this reads something like:
"A Cascade Of Colours. Kin Fan Lo has imagined the design Mr Farrier, a combination of colours full of energy. On the silk of a carré or as a patch on a scarf, a blacksmith robot takes the form of a horse shoe, to the sides emblematic tools of the artisan"

Note Farrier is a play on the word Ferrier, or steel worker, hence blacksmith.

I love the bright cheerful colors! So far there's not a single woman's scarf that piques my interest but I might be swayed by this cutie...

I believe they are palm leaves and a reference to the carpet in Emile Hermes’ office where the carriage is displayed but yeah I wouldn’t have gotten it at all had I not read about it.

The story behind
The phaeton, named after the son of the solar deity in Greek mythology, is a horse-drawn vehicle that was popular in the late 18th century in France and England. Lightweight and easy to handle, it allowed the driver to move swiftly around town. Here, the designer Pierre Marie presents a rear perspective of the model in the Émile Hermès collection, with its large wheels and delicately painted decoration. Around the scarf, framed by harmonious curves, a pattern of palm leaves recalls the rug in Émile Hermès' office, where this precious carriage is displayed.

That name vaguely rang a bell - so I did a quick Googling and found

among nearly 5,500 candidates from 123 countries that applied, six winners of LE GRAND PRIX DU CARRÉ HERMÈS competition have been announced!
