Is this becoming a pattern , in the year of COVID ??? They are coming out of more cws of older ones ? MARCHE is from 2016...

I might have noticed a new cw of FAVORI DU FAUBROURG wash too ...

But,. maybe I am dreaming ...

To me this makes sense, surely the production staff has been reduced, so doing new ones is hard so they are resorting to older designs that they can cook up in a flash

There is a lot of effort to create a new cw, but the one one could have been in the archives, rejected for the first production run ...

Another pattern seen on Hermes France .... VERY FEW CWS

They used to print like 10 cws of a 90, all at once, at the moment they have 4 cws of TIMBALIER , 2 of ZAMBEZE

There may be more CWs in reserve for later, maybe printed already but not seen, or simply in reserve ready to print , or the collection may be of reduced size - they only intend 8 CWs, but , a year from now, only 6 may make it to market , depending on COVID

With the price increases and the offerings, so far nothing really in SS 2021 has caught my eye - except for the Clair de Lune exceptional which I can't afford. I have 2 Marche de Zambezie from the original issue, so no interest there. The Gattoni (sp?) will tie like the other 2 I have, so no need for a 3rd. Only one of interest is Pegase D'Hermes, which my country didn't order in the cw I wanted (red) and white/black will make me look like "death warmed over". I think I will probably sit out this season & just be adding to my wish list from the past.

Agree about the Gattoni ....

Ditto for all the tiny cartoon like designs - 2 is enough , they all tie the same
