IMHO, not a lot of CWS in reserve (today) beyond those seen on websites

Not that they cant print new ones if a need arises - heck previous years collections seemed to be printed for like 3 years, for a really popular design

Someone said... pls forgive me I cannot quote the post, some of the CWS look like death warmed over

Yes, my company too, is having a tough time getting the EXACT dye colors that customers have been requesting, it is hard all over, so bravo to H in the years of COVID

FAUBOURG TROPICAL Gueltzel et Marsal (sp ??? )
All I see is the FBG/JARDIN SUR LE TOIT untended since COVID, I will go home and shed some tears in respect for all the H artisans ! yes !

These 2021 designs were pre COVID - funny how they presage COVID

Been reading about Macrons' problems .....

I feel for all

I think @Angelian has posted on this thread that there are 3 cws (black & white with incredible gold ink; a blue (ciel?) with pale colours for the wing feathers, & the red). If you do a search on this thread they should come up on various posts.

There are three CWs shown in the press day pics, but it comes in more CWs. I’ve seen seven. You should ask your SA. :flowers:

Thanks for the info, Angelian. Unfortunately my SA told me Canada ordered only the black/white/gold & the ciel. I suppose I can always go for a world wide search, but as others have posted on the H-forum the Canadian terms to do a global search are quite onerous (full payment upfront with only store credit available if the scarf doesn't work out). Oh well, if we can ever travel again after Covid I can always search for this scarf on my travels.

FAUBOURG TROPICAL is my favorite of the season, I was so excited to put the green aqua pink cw in my cart today. Love everything on this scarf until I found out there's a snake at the upper left corner before I check out, that scared me away.
ooh, nice! Hope the snake didn't put you off altogether. Please post mod shots when/if you get it!

Some nice color ways! This question will reveal how out of step I am, but ... what are the pixelly/paisley-like motifs in the border? Is it a video gaming reference? or ???

I believe they are palm leaves and a reference to the carpet in Emile Hermes’ office where the carriage is displayed  but yeah I wouldn’t have gotten it at all had I not read about it.

Full blurb from H.com -

The story behind
The phaeton, named after the son of the solar deity in Greek mythology, is a horse-drawn vehicle that was popular in the late 18th century in France and England. Lightweight and easy to handle, it allowed the driver to move swiftly around town. Here, the designer Pierre Marie presents a rear perspective of the model in the Émile Hermès collection, with its large wheels and delicately painted decoration. Around the scarf, framed by harmonious curves, a pattern of palm leaves recalls the rug in Émile Hermès' office, where this precious carriage is displayed.
