Are you physically in store when you ask your SA for these items? SAs cannot touch the website inventory unless the client is in person with them and orders via a special separate device in hand.Hi everyone! Not sure if this is the right thread to post but has anyone noticed that their SA is reluctant to order things online for you? I’m asking because I only spent around 7k usd for my first offer (b25) but all of that was stuff they already had in stock at my home store. I’ve since moved a couple hours away and have to look online for stock and although something will be available, my SA has not ordered for me. I’m wondering if this is because online stock doesn’t count toward the store’s sales goal and therefore it would be harder to get manager approval for a bag. Let me know your thoughts!
Ohhh that makes so much sense thank you! I’ve always questioned this but had no idea. I always assumed that my purchases looked better to the SM because I only bought store stock and that’s why my SA was reluctant to order me online stock 😅Are you physically in store when you ask your SA for these items? I have always sent a screenshot of items I want or find online to my SA and once I am in store, he pulls up my message and we order it then from his device. Hope this helps.Hi everyone! Yes they can’t order online things unless you are physically there but what you said is also true. When you order online through the SA that SA might get the commission but the store does not, so it’s not as good as if you bought what is in the store stock for the SMOhhh that makes so much sense thank you! Leather RTW items are RTW items. The leather jackets are RTW. Good luck!Newbie here with a question on prespend categories, in my search it seems like RTW is a good one, but SLGs are not as the leather items sell themselves. Curious if leather RTW items still classify as a good route to go for prespend? Thinking about a leather jacket from H but it’s also quite pricey if it doesn’t count. TIA for your guidance!
Hmmm, that's odd. My SA always orders online (with the exception of petit H, which she said she has zero access to) stuff for me and ships it. It usually goes like this:everyone! That's not ordering online. Your SA is sourcing the items from either her local store or another physical store in the country. For items that come from the online store (website), you cannot remotely voxpay.Hmmm, that's odd. I text her the item I want, she sends me a payment link via voxpay, I pay it, it gets shipped to me.
If she doesn't have the item and it can be ordered, she orders it. When it comes in, same process.
Got it. I didn't know there was a difference. Thank you for pointing this out. That's not ordering online. Your SA is sourcing the items from either her local store or another physical store in the country. For items that come from the online store (website), you cannot remotely voxpay.
It’s very competitive right now and bag stocks are being diverted to new store openings and special holiday and shopping events this month. 2:1 for a neutral B25 is on the low side. I’d keep visiting and spending for best results. My spending ratio for my first QB was 2:1 in scarves, shoes, slgs and it took me 1.5 years. It is now over 1 year since receiving my QB and I have spent 2:1 in only RTW and FJ. Last appt in Oct, I had asked my SA for a birkin 25 in a neutral. She asked if etoupe or gold will do and I said I would love either. She then asked if I wanted a picotin or lindy, which was available and I said I would wait for the birkin. Am I still not there yet in terms of spending? It sounded like I would receive an offer but still no news…
I think you are fine. Just keep on gently reminding.Thank you for the reply. I do my shopping in store and buy whatever they have in stock. I don’t contact my SA unless I am making an appt and also rarely ask for a bag so I hope I don’t get lost..
