Spend threshold for B/K/C

Total spend is a line item on your profile. Unfortunately my DH saw it once over my SAs shoulder…

This is correct... I saw and nearly gave myself a heart attack. Haha! I think the SM must look at overall profile spend, then they probably look over more recent purchases since last bag offer (or for that calendar year), before they sign off on a bag offer.

My SA who's my friend showed me once the total spend and I was like - you're kidding me, I don't earn that much :giggle:

Spend threshold - A LOT! So much so, that one time the manager asked me if I wanted to buy the canoe display and she joked that it came with the bag of my dreams (without me actually discussing bag of my dreams)

Spend and spend consistently on only items you love. I believe they can tell apart those that purchase for quota and those that buy for enjoyment. tI have had offers with 1:1, 1:5, zero pre spending, and times without any offers whatsoever (regardless of spending).

This is a business seeking to sell across all categories - to expose us to the brand and turn us into loyal customers (who enjoy their products).

Hello everyone

I have been perusing h.com lately and I have come to like chain d’encre jewelry in silver, would that be in my favor in order to score a QB or is it only fine jewelry? I have enough rose gold jewelry so I’m not interested in the rose gold offerings and I don’t see any chain d’encre in white gold. Thoughts?

You should buy what you like. We won’t be able to tell you if a single piece will get you a QB. Too many variables but just know that jewelry of any sort is all part of your purchase history.

Why don’t you go in and have your SA order it for you if it’s not available at your store?

I don’t think most of the pieces from this line are made in white gold. And H seems to be very reluctant to custom build fine jewelry pieces these days, perhaps unless one is a super VIP.
All items count toward one’s profile, though fine jewelry will always be better if only for its generally higher price point per item.

oh I see, I think I misunderstood the original questions, I thought @je m'adore~ wanted to purchase the silver toned fashion jewelry piece and was wondering if it will boost her profile for a QB if purchased in store.

Not sure if this the correct thread for this question. Does H limit the number of duplicate items purchased? I was shopping at my local boutique a couple of weeks ago and purchased a coat, an impulse purchase but the coat was stunning. Anyhow, he was saying that many of their RTW sells out before hits the floor, which I knew. But he also did say that there was a client earlier in the day who purchased 2 of the same coat that purchased. I commented that if RTW is so sought after why isn’t there a limit on the number of duplicate items one can purchase. He smiled and rolled his eyes giving me look. Of course my thinking was this client is purchasing to fast track for a QB? ‍♀️
