If I text an SA and they are able to ship items to me (in another state) does that count as pre spend? Does the shipment have to come from their store and not online or another store to "count"? I am looking to make another state's store my home store and I am looking to purchase regularly if I can't be there in person as frequently.

Well, didn’t have to wait long! About 2 months after being offered my constance, was offered a K25 in vert vertigo last wk! I was waiting on a B25 or B30, but couldn’t pass up this color! Bought a kelly belt that matched my Constance when I bought that bag, oasis shoes, a bastia, and a triangle cashmere scarf in between. Feel EXTREMELY lucky and finally have a non-neutral bag from Hermes!!! Currently no bags on my wishlist as I need to recoup a bit from all of the super amazing offers this year so far!!

thank you!! I’ve been asking for a green bag since I started shopping with my SA, so even though I wanted a birkin, this 100% suits me and my style! Sometimes our SA’s may know us better than we know ourselves! It’s really difficult for me not to spam her with pics of me wearing it but I’m OBSESSED!! So many H greens and I don’t love all of them, this one is definitely AMAZING!! Still want a green birkin, but hey, maybe one day! gotta cool my jets and let my credit card cool off a little bit!! 🤣🤣
but I think after finally getting a green bag, I can open my wishlist up a bit more for her and so it’s not so difficult on her! I think it also helps that I was suuuper patient for my first bag, didn’t even ask for a quota bag until around a yr of shopping with her, and I was one of her first few clients after moving to my store from another H store out of state. She’s been too good to me this year!!

Yes, I feel like there are people that love certain colors, but when you meet a green lover, they’re OBSESSED!! It’s kind of a problem and I wouldn’t be surprised if my SA offered me this bag because she’s sick of hearing me talk about green! lol! Well, that and if they’re ever going to do twillies and cashmere scarves in the valle de cristal design… my 2 loves!!! 🤪

Does pre spend ever expire? I am a long time client with a high pre spend but for health reasons and not having much time, have not shopped in several months and probably won’t for several more. I assume my SA won’t put me up for bags unless I come in regularly but once I start shopping does the spend still count? I was told it shows for four years on a profile but how it works in practice is another story. My SA values frequent in person shopping.

I believe it actually only shows for two years (USA). If you have a long hiatus, they'll remember you and your legacy will help you but there's also a good deal of "what have you done for me lately" and with new customers and ever increasing demand, it'll likely be a big hill to reclimb. (Its impossible to answer the "does prespend expire" question because prespend isn't a gating metric, its a metric of your current competitiveness vs other clients. So as your spend ages, it is less competitive with the spend that current clients have made recently.)
