I ask because the one I ordered online came with a scuff, so I didn't bring her home. I figured that I'd try my luck for a second one. After days of refreshing, calling 1-800 and reaching out to my CA, I'd given up. Especially after reading other member's unfortunate experiences.
It's been a couple of weeks now and today I received a call for my SUPERSTAR CA. She received one and said she inspected it 3 times and it's perfect. We even FaceTimed in Costco LOL. I told her my reservations after reading about other member's experiences. I told her i'll let her know shortly, what I decide.
I basically just wanted to see if it the gold would rub off by simply lifting the bag off of the carseat. So thank you for your reply.

Still waiting for my samorga bag organizer to arrives before I start using it . Will update once I bring it out.
On another note, samorga organizer takes forever to arrive!
I thought about getting an organizer but decided against it only because I just love the feel of the interior, it is so soft ❤️

But I’m not a very tidy person and I always can’t find my stuffs easily, a bag organizer will be useful for me and I don’t want to regret not getting one should I dirty the interior with my makeup essentials

Thank you for that info! These odds are actually much better then I originally thought.
Since I purchased the bag I have worn it daily. I've taken the bag with me while shopping, carrying heavy items up and down several flights of stairs and I have not been delicate with the bag. I mean I do not try to damage any of my personal items. After being very active and taking this bag with me daily, I have not had any issues with it at all. I don't see the bag as being delicate at all, but that's just in my experience with it.
The only issue is the extra long strap, but I think it has helped avoid damage, as I wear the bag as a crossbody to the back of my body while carrying several heavy bags/ items.
Oh I love this!!! Thank you for sharing! I’m thinking I will avoid wearing it with any jackets that may have exposed hardware on it. Other then that, cross my fingers, hope for the best and enjoy the bag!
