I love this floral a lot. I will use it from time to time but not going to return it. I think it's more a collectable than a daily use bag.

To me those creases, cracks, scratches etc. are red flags. If you already get these by using the bag once (and you probably took care because it's a new bag) - you can be sure there will be many more over time. I personally would not spend so much money on a bag I am afraid to use. It is a special piece but I don't buy bags to put them only on display

I was so disappointed that it didn’t live up to my expectations, I really loved it. I got two by mail and both had issues, one had silver streaks and corner issues the other had peeling corners already. I managed to get another and it had peeling corners. I want to be able to wear a bag and not have it fall apart, especially at that price point. I am putting the money towards a leather bag instead.
Def a good choice/option. There will always be that bag who will make our hearts sing yet quality bag
Does the garden zippy have the same scuffing issues as speedy? It’s on My list but I don’t want to get it if the canvas will scuff/peel right away…
I’m so happy I got to know of this floral speedy after I saw one lady posted on IG. I immediately contacted my SA and asked if there is one available. She came back and said there was one and I immediately went to the boutique to purchased it last Friday. After I came home I checked under the sunlight and noticed there are 2 silver streaks on the bag of the bag. I hesitated if I should return since it’s so hard to find according to my SA this is very rare and limited. I messaged my SA and showed her the video which I took and asked if she can help me to look out for another piece. I’m so lucky that my SA is very patience with me. She told me that she will keep a lookout for me and in the event if nearer to the 30 days of exchange is up I can return first and keep the credit.
I told her I really like this design and hope I can have a new one.
True enough after few days of waiting she called and said there is a new piece coming in and reserved for me to exchange!
I quickly rushed down today and this time I checked the new bag and it’s in perfect condition! No silver streaks! I’m so happy with my SA and she is very friendly and helpful all these while! No attitude at all!

I absolutely adore it, too! I wasn’t set on getting another bag this year but I am really drawn to this kind of floral.
Maybe I’ll try what you did, I’ll ask my SA to keep an eye out if a new piece comes in and do an exchange. I really hope I don’t end up returning it.

I have learnt my lesson because 2 years ago I paid a premium amount to get the LV Stephen Sprouse floral speedy because I simply love flowers. This time I will get it retail price and not regret for not getting it straight from boutique and let the reseller earn much more from me if I decided to get one later. Moreover we cannot choose the “perfect” one if I buy from reseller! At least for now I got the option to exchange from LV and being served like a VIP
That's so true, reseller makes us much more difficult to get bags we want in many different fashion houses. Also, thanks for the resellers the price of bags keep increasing and increasing. I do think boutiques should sell bags to people who love their bags rather than resellers who like to make fast money

Happy weekend everyone!! I know the speedy is delicate, and some of you have encountered scratches after wearing it. My question is, has anyone wore the bag out and about and NOT had any damage? I'm just wondering if it's pretty much a guarantee that there will be some rubbing, if worn. Thank you kindly!
I have worn mine consistently since it was released, no issues, I love it!! Of course I'm not banging or scraping it on any walls or anything but I wear it every day.

I ask because the one I ordered online came with a scuff, so I didn't bring her home. I figured that I'd try my luck for a second one. After days of refreshing, calling 1-800 and reaching out to my CA, I'd given up. Especially after reading other member's unfortunate experiences.
It's been a couple of weeks now and today I received a call for my SUPERSTAR CA. She received one and said she inspected it 3 times and it's perfect. We even FaceTimed in Costco LOL. I told her my reservations after reading about other member's experiences. I told her i'll let her know shortly, what I decide.
I basically just wanted to see if it the gold would rub off by simply lifting the bag off of the carseat. So thank you for your reply.
