MTO/SOs were halted this year

I finally got an update with a new estimated completion date for my SO set that was approved about 8 months ago, so there is still hope for those of us waiting! They are still moving through the SOs currently approved! I have another still in limbo, so we will see.

I was inquiring about submitting SO when it reopened and was informed that corporate is working on new policy on how to handle SO requests and it will be rolled out soon.

I’m going to guess they’re going to increase the threshold requirements…maybe not for MTO but definitely for SO.

I thought so too. Not many Possibilities to regulate SO anyway, other than the threshold (or maybe number of years being a VCA customer)

I wouldn’t be surprised if they add the requirement of a High Jewelry purchase.

Oh my goodness! Of course they stopped SOs once I reached the minimum spend . If it’s increased, the timing is terrible for me!

They are definitely going to raise the price threshold which is horrible as I need RG pieces

Do you know how exciting it was to reach the prespend this year? My DH will start to think I made up this threshold nonsense .

Oh well, it is what it is. I do have other items on my wishlist which already exist.

What’s funny is, I was thinking about a SO for some time before getting the courage to ask my SA. By the time I asked, they JUST implemented the prespend.

For your sake, I hope there are new RG pieces added soon
