No, they use total spend within the viewable boutiques. Some independent stores and some countries seem to be not viewable, but it crosses boutiques and is shared across USA, Canada, UK, Europe and maybe more (just from personal experience - and also from personal experience, they cannot “see” or “count” my purchases from Japan or from USA Neiman Marcus prior to 2023). If it is MTO, you are good to go, if you have the combined purchase history, it will be approved. For SO, there is additional approval/vetting, and in that case it is much more likely if the majority of your spending comes from one boutique. They note next in your database profile what your home boutique is (decided by them) and that is where you should buy everything you can and where you should request your SO from if possible.
