Has anyone ever seen a magic Alhambra 6 motif necklace in yellow gold with pave? I’m not sure if that’s a special order or MTO.

Also, not sure if the motifs would have diamonds or metal dots for the center.

I have thought about it, but after a few months of wear, the RG sweet 16 looks so close to YG to me, especially from a distance. I would (will pay the markup for WG sweet 16. I would also pay the markup for the YG sweet earrings/bracelet, because I think the color is more noticeable there. However, I don’t think the markup is too high to justify if you just can’t make the RG 16 work.

I think that it all comes to your preferences and the burning desire to own a certain piece. I would not pay 30% markup because I am never in a rush with any jewelry and believe that there are other great brands available as well.

I tried it on this year and the flipped motifs bugged me. I preferred the RG 16. And you may want to add a six motif so when doubled over the motifs don’t stack exactly on top of each other. I did not love it. For that money I would choose something else.

I think it would be really similar to the wg pave visually, since as a necklace it would be viewed from at least 1-2 feet away (by an onlooker or via one’s home mirror). I also feel like my pave bracelet is partially flipped all of the time, so it just looks like shiny white metal, and presumably at least some of the wg pave motifs in the 16 would be flipped 100% of the time. A friend has wg hammered, and unless we are close, I cannot tell the difference between it and my wg pave pieces.

Amen. That’s why I’m thinking SO wg hammered 16.

Wg hammered is incredible. It looks like the diamond pave piece in real life. I would pay 30% mark up for it.

@chiaoapple @nicole0612 I deliberated over doing a SO for the 16-motif hammered in WG for so long before I placed the order for the 10-motif hammered WG because I wear my RG 16-motifs to death! But, that was also the reason why I decided not to go ahead since I felt I loved and wore my RG ones so much that the WG ones would not get that much use.
@EpiFanatic the pave ones look stunning on you! I am such a fan of the 16-motif!

I believe this is RG chalcedony rather than YG. If you compare the colour of the chain in particular with the hammered YG next to it you can see slight difference =)
