I can empathize completely! In the future, I would ask here rather than rely on information from a SA; 9 times out of 10 our group will have more accurate information!

I second this - my sales associate is flabbergasted that I know of new releases or price increases before she does. TPF is the most well informed group!!! :lol:

No, sometimes that is called a "special order" by SA, but it is not, since it is an item available through the regular offerings, and just out of stock. Consider it like a "preorder", there is no additional charge.

Should this thread be MTO/SO or should they be separated? I haven’t seen a specific MTO so I’ll post them here, but I am beside myself on these! I am a smidge perturbed that I didn’t add at least one pave motif to go with my Magic SO ring but I am still incredibly happy with them. They took less than 2 months. Introducing MTO Magic 4 motif earrings
