In the future, I would ask here rather than rely on information from a SA; 9 times out of 10 our group will have more accurate information!It was the same sales associate, but I suppose it’s possible that she was misinformed. Of course you have a point and I completely understand, it’s just like you said - it gets frustrating when you can’t get the one piece you want, especially when you were given a glimmer of hope previously (even if just by mistake, haha).
