Hi there congrats on your special order! I’d love to know a bit more about the process before reaching out to my SA. Is full payment due up front or at pickup? Was there a nice election of dials or anything different from what we typically see on the website
you will need to pay a deposit... cant remember but maybe it was around 30-40% of the price. Several color leather bracelets to chose from: all croc leather. Can choose types of dial, between silver and real gold face, with or w/o diamonds on the bezel or face, etc., watch size of course and i believe length of the bracelet and holes on it.
For my store, 50% deposit required with the order. The dials were pretty similar to what is typically on the website but you could choose different watch style/casing combinations not typically available. For example, if there is a dial you like that's typically only available with a Heure H watch, you might be able to get that dial on a Nantucket instead, and you can choose if you want stainless steel, plain rose gold casing or with diamonds. Although some dials are only available with certain casings, so it's not a mix and match free for all. I didn't see any dials that I have never seen before (mind you I was doing this remotely so I may have missed out on some stuff), but you can mix up the casings and the straps to make it your own. My SA said that he has never seen the combo I chose for myself. Plus the engraving is special. I had something sentimental engraved on our watches. I do think it would be really cool if they offered a limited edition dial only available with the SOs. Maybe for next year.

Look like from @Bdbunny post Galop d Hermes may not be an option this time BUT if you are near Madison or SF stores (there may be other stores. larger stores seem to have this option all the time) you may want to check them out. My store is small so it's been offering the SO Watch event once or twice a year since I've been ordering in 2020 but never know if it will continue so I go in to check it out.

but yes, I am also wondering how many H watches I need! I actually wasn't planning on getting another watch, but couldn't pass the opportunity to customize one! I'm a sucker for personalizing things!
My hubby loves his watch also! The blue is gorgeous and especially love the engraving option. Personalized things are wonderful. Love it!
