You can customize other things like the material of the watch face and if there are diamonds etc. The SO program is just a narrow menu of choices that they splice together to make a "customized" full set. It is also a relatively new program (around five years old) and prior to that, one could always order one-off straps depending on available choices via just normal item procurement. If she can order the length you need via stand alone order, I would just do that.

I agree with acrowcounted, easier for you to order the extra strap through the regular order system. I have ordered several straps to my H tpm in both normal leather and alligator. So many tempting shades.

Yay!! This sounds fantastic! Great combo. Congratulations and yes, you would get a nice wood box for two. I did it a couple years ago. Very nice. Please post your new SO watch when you receive it. Can’t wait!
