There were some available for the rest of us mortals. I saw one available on Hermes UK but by the time I tried to pay for it, it was goneHmm there are/were at least 5 on ebay ... many have sold ... that is 1 percent of the 500 VIPs that have flipped theirs
Thank you RBH!Screen shot of tag for the Jubilee scarf.

One of eBay sellers had already sold 4 Jubilee scarves! Another one had sold one and still has another one for sale. How come???Well, one eBay seller just deleted their post for jubilee ( or had another one to sell) at £599 and relisted at £799
And retail is £370.
VIPs get to do bulk buying at H? LolOne of eBay sellers had already sold 4 Jubilee scarves! Another one had sold one and still has another one for sale. How come???
GLORIOUS!!I posted these two photos on the SOTD thread - I also love these colors!

Unfortunately this is what happens when people buy from flippers…One of eBay sellers had already sold 4 Jubilee scarves! Another one had sold one and still has another one for sale. How come???
Yeah, but what I really wondered about was how these 2 sellers managed to have several Jubilee scarves for themselves?Unfortunately this is what happens when people buy from flippers…
I bought my scarf from Windsor Horse Show at the H stall.Yeah, but what I really wondered about was how these 2 sellers managed to have several Jubilee scarves for themselves?
These scarves were really only given to VIPs and few of them were sent to shops.
I start to suspect that these sellers are working as PAs in Hermes shops!
It’s not quite true to say these were only for VIPs, the scarves were freely available to anyone at Royal Windsor Horse Show, and since a) it was busy and b) staffing varied each day, it would be completely possible for someone to buy at least one scarf per day. I suspect that’s (mainly) how the multiples have found their way to eBay. There is one seller who regularly seems to have access to hard-to-find scarves though, perhaps they have a strong relationship with a boutique? I dunno…Yeah, but what I really wondered about was how these 2 sellers managed to have several Jubilee scarves for themselves?

I also got mine from RWHS, and I’m definitely not a VIP!I bought my scarf from Windsor Horse Show at the H stall.
I don’t think at the Horse Show you need to be a VIP to get them from the stall…
I’m certainly not a VIP
I’m not challenging you, but I wonder how you know there were a large quantity on the website? When the Jubilee scarf first appeared on the official UK website, there were a large quantity of them. I only got one myself but as there were no limitations on how many scarves one can purchase at the same time, it is possible that someone took advantage of it and ordered some for resale purposes.
Oh because one cannot add more of same items into your shopping basket if it exceed the quantity in stock. I was curious about how many Jubilee scarves were in stock so I kept adding them into my shopping basket! I stopped at 47 something? But of course I only brought one in the end.I’m not challenging you, but I wonder how you know there were a large quantity on the website?
