I had no idea there were so many limited edition scarves. Thank you all for sharing. I have one that a lovely tPFer helped me acquire years ago when she found out how much I love tigers (and Jackie Chan!). "Les Tigreaux" by Robert Dallet for the Jackie Chan Charitable Foundation. It's my favorite scarf.

Yes it is for a store in Japan. Matsuzakaya, there was also a special edition in the designs; romantique and Ex Libris en Kimonos. That I know of.

Are there any reliable “rules“ regarding (re-)openings of stores and special edition scarves?
My local store (currently closed) was a franchise store; it is supposed to open this fall as a “real” flagship store.
Could a special edition 90 be expected...? Is that overly wishful thinking on my part?
It may also be worth mentioning that this is the only H store in the country!

I have a Romantique but it was issued for another store in Japan: Takashimaya, and may have been on the occasion of Takashimaya opening an overseas branch.
I think there is more than one cw for the Matsuzakaya ELeK scarf and the Takashimaya Romantique scarf. Seen them on the Bay but not in IRL.Thanks for clearing that up.
I know there were two ELeK for certain, I would be interested to see the other CW of romantique.
