i love spam!!! i don't know maybe it's a filipino thing because all my filipino friends love it too. my mom keeps a couple cans in the pantry. i fry it up, eat it with eggs and rice or i make a little spam musubi. the best thing in the world, especially if there's nothing to make at home!!! i also heard that it's a big thing in hawaii....

i love spam too! i lived off of that stuff when i was in college. mmmm....fried spam and rice. hehe...now i get turkey spam. it's a little bit healthier, with less fat & sodium. i try not to make it too often, but i always have a couple cans in the kitchen for when i have nothing else to eat.
