I'm wary of the placement of the strap attachment in general; it seems too low and could lead to unwanted acrobatics. And personally, I'm not the biggest fan of nondetachable straps.
I'm not sure which size I asked for, but I did discuss this bag a few months ago at Hermes and hope they give me a call whenever it hits the store. I remember a shade of blue also being mentioned, in addition to the colors mentioned in the article, but a "men's" blue. I thought I would prefer the size that could accommodate a laptop. I do prefer the smaller size going by the pictures in the article. It's also too casual for me to use as an everyday bag style-wise, honestly think the herbag messenger which also can be hand held would be a better option. So hopefully I will get a chance to look at both the sizes. Yes, that's my dilemma. None of the "messenger" bag they offer seem to actually be able to fit a laptop.

Interesting. Probably a lot cheaper but understated too (but not instantly recognizable as H)
