someone please hold me

hi hliffin
it happens to everyone of us dear!
i remember way back many years ago, i said NO to a Kelly in Paris (which was not for me but i would have loved to buy it for mum), unfortunately i (financially) was not ready for it and the worst part was i had no time to arrange or do anything bout it! i was upset for quite sometime. it's just the matter of timing and we have to take it as a journey!

Hifinn, for what its worth, I think you made the right decision. I remember buying something I couldnt afford when I had debts (and it wasnt nearly as expensive as a Kelly) and it took me so long to pay it off, I ended up disliking it - and feeling guilty.
I think your relationship with your mum sounds lovely, my mum is my best friend, but there is no way she will ever understand paying thousands for "just a handbag"
I am sure though once you have saved for it and shown your dedication to getting it your mum will be really proud!!
Horrid horrid HORRID decision to make. Big hugs from the UK.
