What size is Jessica Biel's white downtown? It's got the outside pocket so I"m guessing large. Can anyone help?

Judging from the pic, I think its a Large, because it looks longer, more north-south. (The Medium size looks wider, more east-west.)
Both sizes have the pockets, unless you get one of the earlier deerskin Downtowns that came with no pockets.
