This is not an engagement ring but my mum gave this to me; it was her 25th anniversary present from my dad, bought in Greece. They aren't together anymore so she gifted it to me. 18k white gold, .40 princess cut diamond with 28 smaller diamonds in the band, total I think is .69 carats. The picture does no justice, it sparkles so much. Thank you for letting me share. [emoji4]

Ahh I'm so glad I found this thread! (Was pointed here from the engagement thread) All of your rings are gorgeous. Here is my little sparkler, given to me last week. It's UK size N 0.6ct centre stone and is an E, VS1, excellent cut so is very sparkly! I'm in love with it [emoji7]. Sides are 0.28ct not sure on cut/clarity.

My e-ring is a "small diamond" I suppose! It's around 0.7 carat. I'm fine the way it is; no need for me to upgrade.

Thanks! I think given my hand size that it really just depends on how it looks overall on your hand and I didn't want to go overboard on a ring I'm wearing every day!
