Its a lovely ring to wear and so sparkly, I get a lot of comments about it. I cant wait to wear my new sapphire and diamond eternity ring next to it - its being made right now yay!

When he originally gave these to me on Christmas day they were set in some weird setting that surrounded the diamond but did not show off the stone at all, so upon request he had them reset for me and I just got them back today! Love them!
.8 TCW so .4 in each ear. They are so much bigger than I expected them to be however and really the perfect size.

Wow, I'd have imagined it was bigger.
My ring size is slightly bigger than yours (3.5-3.75) and I also have a 1/2 ct solitaire.
I had been looking at 1ct 1/2 anniversary rings online but seeing your pictures I think that would be too bulky. The proportions of your set look great. I think I'll stick to 1/2 ct max now for my anniversary ring.
Here's my promise ring from DBF when he asked me to be his girlfriend. We've been going out for a while but it was just last month when we made our status official. tomorrow is our first monthsary! The sweetest boyfriend ever.

This is my set. Scott Kay set in platinum with 18K accents bought in 1998. My center stone is only .70, DH and I got engaged in 1996 originally when I was 19 and he was 20, but then broke it off a few months later. We got back together after almost 8 months and in 1998 he re-proposed with the new upgraded setting. This was a BIG purchase for us at that point in our lives. LOL We have been together 21 years now - since 1992, married since 2000.
I wear a size 4, so I feel like it is ok coverage for the small carat size. I want to upgrade eventually, but I only want to do it once, so I'm waiting until I can get my "forever" bling! It will NOT be cheap for DH.
