So it's not an engagement ring exactly, but it's my pre-engagement/promise ring that my boyfriend surprised me with before I left to study abroad in England for a semester. It's .25 carat but I think all the diamonds make it look bigger and I love it!

This is my 0.5 carat E VVS1 diamond ring that my hubby bought in 1999 to propose to me. He was then only an executive n this was the best he could afford. I wear ring size 4.25.
I love love love it so much, even after so many years. My dearest hubby has since bought me larger diamond n more expensive timepieces and jewelries, but I still wear this ring almost all the time to remind me of how much my hubby n I had achieved together, and all the hardship and happiness we went through together.

My e-ring is .49 ct. It was my husband's great grandmother's 50th anniversary gift from her husband in 1952. My wedding band is .75 ct from Jared 
and it's got a yellow luminosity to it ... every once in a while I can catch it in a photo:

I love the history of this ring, the uniqueness of the prongs, and that awesome highlighter yellow flash!! Great ring.
.70 K SI2 center, .15ish ctw setting, center is currently being re-set in a three stone bezel setting, can't wait to get it back!

My e-ring is 0.42 ct, E/VS1, 3 Exs, on a platinum setting. Size 46. Thanks to ame, we found our perfect diamond!!!
It was custom made by Mauboussin, which took like almost 2 months! (well, not entirely custom made, but we asked Mauboussin to mount our diamond to their tu es le sel de ma vie setting.)
