I'm pretty sure that dress is by Marchesa & its from their spring 07 rtw range that was shown in London a couple of weeks ago so there probably arent many of these dresses made yet.

i like her actually... however i find her hair tragic and generally i think she looked a lot better a couple of years ago when fashion was boho and she was more in her turf... ever since she went for platinum hair and that edie sedwick inspiration she just looks weird.

I was at a conference and I stayed at the same hotel Sienna was filming a movie, Mysteries of Pittsburgh. The girls at the hotel didn't even recognize her. Guess she is airbrushed also.
