Small haul for me today. I'm so happy that I was able to find the original coin case in Paper. I got it on Poshmark. They were having one of their Posh parties and Longchamp was mentioned as one of the brands to sell and I just decided to see what people were selling and I saw the coin case. The seller had it labeled as a cream case, but I knew it was paper. Bought it right up. Now the only accessory I'm missing is the original cosmetic case in Navy.

I also went back to BagShop and purchased the long handle tote in large and the medium short handle in black. Unfortunately I have to return the medium short handle because it was listed as having two internal pockets, but I got the older model with two pockets.
[Sidenote: Noticed some of the Club and original styles they had are now sold out after I posted about them in my last haul. You'll been shopping. ]

Hope Frenzied's SA can enlighten us. Maybe this model just doesn't have a 'made in' stamp.

SA showed me where it can possibly be embossed. In the interior of the card slots (found in the newer editions at boutique and embossed in gold/silver). We both looked in mine. Nowhere to be found. Only way to know then is on the yellow sticker that is stuck on the green box. By way of country codes. RO for Romania. AA for France. AE for China etc but as yours potentially did not come with a box so it might be a mystery for country of origin.

And you're right, mine came with dustbag but no box or stickers. But, one of the blind stamps inside the large rear pocket reads AAG. Might be made in France, then.

@Yuki85 and @frenziedhandbag - I found it, you can tell your SA Took everything out for what feels like the hundredth time and had a very good look in direct sunlight. It's blind stamped in extremely light weight, minuscule capital letters on the little strip of folded leather inside the rear pocket (I've indicated the area with a yellow arrow).

But, one of the blind stamps inside the large rear pocket reads AAG.

Equip yourselves with a torch or take it outdoors, it's super hard to see. Taking a good macro photo of the spot and then zooming in on your mobile or computer helps. Don't worry, you're not the only one who feels old; sorry that I can't offer you any other comfort, ha

I informed my SA to share we found it and she is so sweet to show me where the "made in" is located for current SLGs (second pic). Embossed in gold but only seen after she used the flash on her phone to take a pic. So yes, torch is necessary.

You ladies on this forum are always such a help; I'm thrilled to finally give some information in return, even if it's something small like this. Good to know where the current SLGs have their hot stamping and how it looks, as I'm considering getting the Foulonné coin purse in navy or black, or a cardholder for my husband's birthday later this year.

No harm in looking at all! But you better look fast because some colors have already sold out. Nesting the bags actually isn't a bad idea, but my shelves aren't tall enough to support the bags at their full size.

Agreed. I don't even know if the estimated date I'm looking at is the pickup date for them to get the package from Nordstrom or the actual shipping date. I guess I'll find out come Thursday.

they usually come on time but their tracking is messed up I ordered the SSH pink from Nordrom Rack and couldn't understand why it didn't ship Turns out it did 2 days ago by USPS but never got an email. Yesterday I ordered the LLH in Corn from them =lets see what happens

I've learnt a lot from the members here as well. Always a pleasure to share. Sharing is caring. I will love to visit Mauritius someday too. It's on my "to-go" list.

I am so very tempted to get the bigger foulonne card case with six slots and additional two slip pockets. I had a look at it today and I think it is great for segregating cash bills in one of the slip pockets and perhaps vouchers/receipts in the other. My SA asked me "Another SLG? You have a lot already!" My SA is more sane than me. My rhyme of reason is that I am kinda worried that this useful SLG will either discontinue or update into another new style which might not work for me but my SA is right. I do have SLGs and she knows I'm not diligent in rotating my SLGs. But but but.... there might potentially be another price increase next month (for my country).

Given the rate at which Longchamp seems to be discontinuing/redesigning things these days and the incoming price increase, you should go for it, even if your SA is trying to stop you. There’s no worse feeling as a collector than ‘the one that got away’
