I bought the bracelet for my mom. It was slightly big and it kept falling off. I ended up returning it before we lost it. I believe for the bracelet you need to size it right otherwise it will come off

No, they won’t do it. If the item is unworn, I would take it to your SA and at least ask the question about an exchange for the correct size. Otherwise your options are to sell at a large loss and rebuy or have a non Hermes jeweler attempt to adjust the size.
