Hi! I am new and haven't purchased many Hermes items. I am only interested in their jewelry and not bags. However, when I go into the stores, the SA do not seem very helpful. They do not share much of their jewelry and only share what is asked and many times they do not have and doesn't show any alternatives. I am interested in the RG Echappee Hermes ring, small model and the filet d'ore ring but it is sold out in the US. It looks available in other parts of the world...has anyone seem this item available online in the USA? perhaps after the holidays? thanks for your help!

For me coming prepared has worked well. I usually look all different websites (France, US,....) and then copy the reference numbers and a few screenshots of items I am interested in. This way, I can tell the SA what I am looking for and they can do a search. Also, I have seen that there is a "folder" (a book or file? I don't quite remember) in my boutique that has photos of the jewelry items. I am not sure though whether this is updated on a regular basis.
Also try to find out whether there is any SA in your local boutique who focuses is on jewelry? I have heard that in bigger boutiques sometimes SAs have an individual focus on top of showing their clients everything else. Happy shopping!

H seems to have both a classic line and a seasonal line of fine jewelry, though they don’t label them as such. Things like the kelly bracelet, or CDC items are more classic/permanent and can be expected to be replenished year after year. Almost all other items seem more seasonal where they are produced, delivered to stores, and once they are gone, they are gone for good. Both items you list are more from the seasonal side. The filet d’or ring has been sold out for at least a year (at least in the sizes that I’ve been requesting from my SA for months and months and months). I don’t expect these items to ever be replenished unless H strays from its historical behavior. Never say never, I guess, but I’d keep my hopes low. You could also ask your SA for a “world wide search” but I think the company as a whole is paused on those currently.

Does anyone know if the small Collier de chien bracelet is still sold in yellow gold? I only see it in rose and white golds on the site. And does it hold up to 24/7 wear? I'd like to stack it with my Love bracelet. Thanks!

Saw another tpfer ask about this ring here before but couldn't find any replies; did anyone end up getting/trying on the Kelly double ring and have mod shots? Curious to see how it can be styled as I love that it's in yellow gold and in the tpm size :)

Hi! I did try this on. Unfortunately didn't take pics but chiming in to say I really suggest you try it on in the store. You need to be lucky that both rings fit each finger depending on which ones you want to wear it on. My SA flagged that she'd had a really hard time selling this piece because the reality is most people have slightly different finger sizes so just because you fit the first ring, doesn't mean you'll fit the second, or vice versa. It's gorgeous though - wish it worked for me but it just didn't fit right.

Thanks so much! Really helpful advice. My SA suggested I try it when I said I’m looking for a yellow gold ring but there weren’t any in stock when I went; will have to check back if some appear
