I am so sorry to hear that!! I know how depressing it it to lose a piece. Thank you for sharing your experience as well since now I really don’t think I should get the chaine d’ancre because I wear my jewelry all the time.

On a different note, I have switched my internet to the CDC bracelet in Rose Gold. Any advice for this one? Should I go for it?

I actually have the cdc in the silver , I love that piece and regret buying it in silver. But I do love it and I am sure I will like it in gold eventually.

Anyways, I don’t have the love bracelet but have watched a few Hermes CDC bracelet reviews and know that’s what I want more than the love bracelet. Most people who love the CDC for its convenience to be taken off without extra help. I don’t take my bracelets off ever but just love the CDC better.
I do plan to stack the CDC with my bracelets and will visit a local store soon to try it on. I can post photos here when I do.

I agree with ur sentiment on the cdc. I have seen it IRL, seen reviews, and like the look more than the Love bracelet. I also do not remove jewelry! The CDC is very much my aesthetic.
I am not sure if I prefer Rose gold or yellow gold ...

But I have been enjoying wearing the piece very much, except when I couldn't take it off fast enough at the airport checkpoint a couple times, I stopped wearing it when I fly. The cdc is not that easy to take on/off. You have apply the right pressure at the right angle. When you are in a rush, like I was at the airport, it could be very frustrating. When I tried on the gold version at the store. my SA had a tough time taking it off me. Kelly bracelet is much easier getting on and off.

FYI you shouldn’t have to take it off for the TSA. Like the Cartier Love bracelet, or really any other jewelry, you can keep them on just fine. I’ve done it countless times.

At first my silver cdc was difficult to remove, my SA could barely take it off.I then purchased it and with time it has loosened to a comfortable state.

The last time I wore my silver cdc, it definitely beeped every time (not sure whether it's a difference bw silver vs gold). The TSA made me take it off each time. I suppose I can wait for an agent to scan me, but I travel for work and uses TSA precheck lane, so I would prefer speeding through than waiting My SA told me the key is to take them off before heading to airport. It's a good idea, as long I can remember doing that

Picked up a Kelly bracelet for a LNY gift to myself! Went in thinking I was set on the CDC bracelet in RG, but was surprised by how much I loved the Kelly. Hoping I made the right choice.

Thank you! Are you leaning one way or the other? It’s SUCH a hard decision. I had that exact same thought today when I was looking back at the photos I took while trying them on. At one point, I had both on at the same time with my love and the three looked SO good together. My SA teased and said I could always get the CDC later down the line. I’m sure she’d love that.
