I know having a piece custom made is possible but perhaps this is not offered at your store. However replacing a charm on the bracelet is even less likely to be accepted as the 5 bag charm bracelet design is original to Hermes and shouldn’t be modified. I know the SA could have explained this to you in a much nicer way. :angel:

Good to know! I was never particularly interested in Hermes jewelry but went at the urging of my regular SA. There was a push to get more clients in to look at the new line of jewelry I gather. The attitude makes more sense now that you’ve pointed out that I was trying to tamper with one of their iconic pieces :biggrin:. Talk about barbarians at the gate :nuts:

I was debating to purchase the finesse bracelet with spinels to stack with my ever chaine d'Ancre bracelet with diamonds. Then my SA brought out the rose gold diamond finesse tie necklace and I chose that one instead. I think the rose gold diamond version of the finesse items are fairly new offerings. There is supposed to be a bracelet and earrings with rose gold and diamonds and also rose gold spinel items

Very curious as I thought/think the white gold in this style is discontinued as the move was made to produce this line in Rose Gold and/or with black spinels in place of diamonds. I would be very interested to learn if the tie necklace that was shown a few posts back was available in white gold.
