Sure. :)
Far from the best pics I've ever taken, and I was moving fast. If some appear to be hanging limply, it's because they were all empty at the time ... I didn't take the time for that type of staging or getting the light angled well or anything. But anyway ... red Quincy, brown Station, black Quincy, black station, medium chocolate Zoe.
.

This is more or less what I've been doing with the three tassels I have, but I've mixed the colors up a bit more. I just really like the longer tassels that come with the kit better. I posted upthread about wearing my older blue Willis into the fp store and the sa thought it was a new bag because if the tassels. I've been using them to dress up lots of the older bags.

I'm actually a little disappointed in the leather used too, kinda stiff. But they're cute and serve their purpose.

Cute idea! I am thinking about doing something with the "Create your own duffle" kit, like the one in the pic below. They are $98 but would be $74.50 with PCE. They include a double-tassel, a hangtag, and a strap that might fit some of my older bags.

OK, that's what I originally said that started this discussion. I wanted to order with the kit with my PCE but I couldn't decide on the color! :roflmfao:

I looked at my older bags and I have many with the same size straps that are interchangeable, Red Stewardess, Camel Patricia, Mahogany Bucket Duffle, and I think even the BT strap on my Musette would switch out and look cute.

That's what made me realize that what I really want is the stinkin' long tassels that come with the new bags and kits. I've had the shorter key chain tassels for a couple months. I finally ended up ordering the Emerald kit with my PCE because that's the color I don't have, but I might end up returning it...gah! I kinda wish they made the kit in Cognac. I was this close to ordering the Camel when I realized I could use my Patricia strap and tags, I'd, again, just be missing the tassel that I covet.

Hate when I can't make decisions. lol...

I am awaiting authentication but I am pretty sure that it is genuine and I am very happy to have found my second thrift store Stewardess Bag, this time in mahagony brown! It is in decent shape and it was marked $45 at Savers, but I had a 20% off coupon for making a donation and so I got it for $36. I think that is a fair price for this bag.

Great find! I have to say the Stewardess bag is probably my favorite style Coach!

I'll eventually double check authenticity, but based on my growing knowledge, I THINK these two are good, but had to post them in the meanwhile:

Yesterday during my last minute birthday "goody bag" purchases, I stopped at the thrift shop next door and found this cute Legacy Small pocket Zip #9136 for $12. I love that chocolatey brown!

Earlier in the week I got a black Saddle bag #9988 for $17. I also have a navy blue one and I love this style for a small errand running bag. Here's a shot alone, and with the pocket zip for size comparison. They are both in overall great shape.

Great finds! I love the Saddle bag as well, how it sits on the body is so comfortable.

Love that saddle bag! I have a question since you have done so many great rehabs. In the end it looks to me like many of the bags posted here look really perfect in the After photos. I don't do as much to mine and have some piping scuffs still. How "perfect" do the bags end up looking IRL and should I just go ahead and use mine? I am frustrated that even with Blackrock I still have that dry "bloom" on areas of the piping.

I have never seen this style before, it is really pretty. Can you tell me the style number on this bag? What year is yours? Looks so beautiful dressed up with that fob :smile1:

It's an XL mahogany pleated ergo hobo 12236. I think it is from 2009 but I am not carrying it today so can't check the creed right now. It's a gorgeous bag and so light weight and well-balanced and easy to carry.

It is true that quite often photos look better in the after shots than IRL. I also find that photos shot freshly after conditioning aren't going to be quite as Shiny a couple weeks later when you pull a bag out to carry it. I sometimes touch up my bag with Leather cpr or maybe a little Blackrock, then after an hour or so i'll buff it if I'm going to wear it later in the day or next day. Some bags, like the browns and reds especially, have actual scuffed/color loss on the piping that no amount of blackrocks will truly hide. In those cases, if I'm keeping it, I'll go ahead and get matching acrylic or edge kote and touch them up. If I'm selling it, though, I keep it natural and let the buyer decide further rehab options.

Found these in my frequent thrift shopping this summer. Not sure what the first Is called. The big blue is a hamptons and the small blue and twill is a soho. Total spent $50.
